Introduction

This Bib Gourmand sushi restaurant is located in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto. The third generation preserves a long tradition, with Kyoto-style sushi centered on vinegared rice cooked with kombu and bonito stock, plus mackerel sushi and steamed sushi.
